My order show up on time, so that was nice. The tracking was decent and I could tell where it was most of the way. The box did came a little dented though, but everything inside was fine.

Once I got through, I also had to explain the same thing twice, so that didn’t help. The person I spoke with was polite, and the issue did get sorted out in the end. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but I really wish the whole process had been faster and easier.

The quality has been good for what I paid. It’s nothing fancy or over the top, but everything I’ve gotten feels solid, works like it should, and seems like it’ll hold up fine.
